Ms. Gutierrez limits her practice to assisting closely held business organizations and their principles in matters of corporate, commercial and contract law, including mergers, acquisitions, sales of businesses, stock options and other compensation issues.

This is a unique seminar for someone concerned about some of the tricky legal issues when starting their business.

Registration Fee: $40 at the door, $35 if pre-registered online.

Seating is Limited - Come at 4:30 PM to register.

Seating is limited to 43. It is important that you arrive, at least 15 minutes before the 5:00 PM start time to ensure you will have seating. Showing up at the door will be limited to available seating.  We will accommodate as many participants as possible.
