	Registration Information

This seminar is designed for people who are interested in purchasing or selling a small business. It provides the basic evaluations a person should will have to do. Topics include reading and understanding Balance Sheets, Interpreting Financial Statements and the Do Diligence of a Buy & Sell Agreement. Interestingly, buying and selling a small business requires almost the same evaluations, so the client gets to see both sides of the transaction in this seminar.
