This three hour seminar is specifically designed for the small business owner. You will learn how to create an Income (Profit & Loss) Statement and Balance Sheet; what financial statements mean and how to use them; how to maintain tax records; definition of accounting terms; and other information to help you run a successful business.

Alan Pinck runs a successful Tax and Bookkeeping business in the San Jose area and has many years of "hands on" experience in helping the small business owner. They have offered seminars for SCORE for the several years and are enrolled agents with the IRS.
