All SCORE business counselors volunteer their time to assist entrepreneurs. SCORE volunteers abide by a code of ethics and hold all client discussions as confidential. Additionally, all Silicon Valley SCORE counselors have agree not to (1) recommend goods or services from sources he/she has an interest and (2) accept fees or commissions developing from any counseling relationship with you.

SCORE members that give seminars or workshops present practical business information based upon their knowledge and experience.
