Existing Business Mentoring
Do you wonder if your company is as competitive in all areas as it could be?

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn your business's strengths and weaknesses by requesting an evaluation by our team of experienced counselors.

Is your company competitive?  Are marketing and sales performing as well as you would like?  Are your human relations policies in good shape?  Is your accounting system adequate and efficient, and are you able to prepare and analyze reports that are meaningful?  How well is your business plan working for you?  All these, and other business areas, can be evaluated by our team.  We can help you determine if you need to improve specific functions within your organization.  Our counselors will provide continuing assistance for a mutually agreed period to help you implement improvements.

To request assistance, contact the Silicon Valley SCORE office.  A SCORE counselor will contact you to determine your needs and set up a program for you.

Counseling can be done at your business location, or, if you prefer, at the SCORE office or Chamber of Commerce in your area.   This service is free to you, as are all of our SCORE counseling services.  In addition, we provide low cost, practical business workshops and seminars.
