Event description:

This SCORE workshop is designed to teach the basics of starting or improving a business. Workshop speakers are men and women who are in or have had successful business careers as company executives or owners. They are willing to give their knowledge and experience to help you start, operate and improve your business. The workshop presents an overview covering the basics of making your business successful. Additionally: Opportunity Fund, a local non-profit lender, will be discussing their small business loan program with guests. A loan consultant will be available to answer any questions and guests will have the opportunity to apply for a small business loan. Pastry and coffee  will be provided.

Part of this seminar is based on the Business Planning Guide offered by SCORE for $20 (plus tax). It is recommended that attendees purchase this book, but it is not required for attendance at the seminar. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the seminar, or they can be purchased below and your book will be waiting when you attend the seminar.
